Real Estate:  I represent buyers, sellers, owners and tenants of real estate, real estate developers and owners associations.  I help my clients negotiate contracts, review title documents and perform other due diligence for real estate transactions. I also help my clients negotiate loans, generally as borrowers, but I have also represented lenders.   I form entities and draft declarations and other common interest community documents.  I analyze and create easements, construction contracts, party wall agreements and other documents related to real estate interests. 

Business Law:  I represent businesses ranging from real estate developers, to contractors, transportation providers and restaurants.  I help entrepreneurs buy and sell businesses, form  business entities, raise capital, obtain loans, lease property and enter into contracts.
